The group now includes a number of operating companies including Terberg RosRoca Group, that serve various parts of the vehicle-related markets.
With family values at our core, we operate honestly and with integrity.

We invest in development to breed innovation.
All Terberg companies including the Terberg RosRoca Group and ourselves aim to serve their customers in accordance with our core values:
Terberg RosRoca Group was formed in 2016 as a result of Terberg Environmental, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Royal Terberg Group based in IJsselstein, the Netherlands, and Ros Roca Environment, a Spanish group based in Tarrega, Spain merging their two businesses.
The resulting company is headquartered in Warwick, UK and all the companies forming part of each former group are now subsidiaries, either directly or indirectly, of the Terberg RosRoca Group although they have retained their existing trading names.
The merger has created many opportunities for the further international expansion of all businesses.
Our Group is managed by an international team of experienced individuals that combine to effectively drive our business, shape our direction and ensure strategies are followed through.
Our Management Board are responsible for assisting our CEO in providing the strategic direction for Terberg RosRoca Group, managing budgets, activities and the human and financial resources that span across our subsidiaries and ensure delivery of results in line with the organisation's strategic objectives.
Terberg RosRoca Group Management Board is composed of the following members;
4th generation Terberg
Godfried was interested in technology from a young age so working in the family business was an obvious choice. During his course in automotive engineering at the HTS in Apeldoorn he majors in Business Administration. After finishing his course he first works for a car dealer outside the family business and then joins Terberg Machines in IJsselstein.
The company builds our leading bin lift systems for refuse collection operations.
With the advent of the wheeled bin Godfried sees a market for these products in the UK and moves there in 1990. He sets up a new company, Terberg Matec UK, which is very successful. At the time the company is set up, wheeled bins are introduced in many cities in the UK which provides a good market for the company’s bin lifts. UK sales expand rapidly and contribute significantly to the increasing production volume at the IJsselstein plant.
After his stint in the UK Godfried returns to IJsselstein where he becomes director of Terberg Machines. In 2004 he joins the Board of Management of the Terberg Group
and also continues his role as director.
In 2009 Godfried sets up Terberg Kinglifter to build truck mounted forklifts.
In 2016 Terberg Environmental takes a majority shareholding in the Spanish RosRoca Group to become a manufacturer of vehicles, bodies and loading systems for the refuse collection industry.
Godfried becomes CEO of the new Terberg RosRoca Group, the largest division of the Terberg Group in terms of revenues and headcount.
Tim studied physics and later gained his MBA. Tim joined the company in 1995 working for Terberg Matec UK and helped transform the business into the market leader it is today supplying an array of bin lift systems and weighing technology to the UK market.
Today, Tim is responsible for all Terberg RosRoca Group commercial operations in a large part of Europe and the rest of the world, excluding the Americas.
Tim is very proud that, having started in the late 1980s as a niche manufacturer of bin lifting systems, we are now the number two in Europe in refuse collection vehicles with a strong ambition is to become number one!
From an employee perspective, Tim appreciates the benefit that the owners are directly involved in the business and not just faceless remote shareholders.
After studying engineering and getting my MBA in 1993 I got an internship at the French embassy in Iran. I looked for sponsors to contribute to my travel costs.
A manufacturer of refuse collection vehicles and a manufacturer of waste bins were prepared to pay for my trip, in return for market research in major cities in Iran. From then on I was fascinated by the subject. I worked in the waste industry for 20 years, managing subsidiaries on four continents and the production, sale and maintenance of waste bins and containers. In 2014 I joined RosRoca, the European leaders in refuse collection vehicles. This became even more interesting in 2016 when RosRoca merged with Terberg Environmental.
My responsibilities now include both Terberg Matec SAS, our French subsidiary, and market development in Spain and Portugal. I also support sales in Africa and South America where waste management has a huge potential for growth. It looks like an addiction to waste is good for your health.
Given the long history of the Terberg Group, Pere jokes that he is something of a new arrival, having joined the Group in 2016, thanks to the merger with Ros Roca Environment.
Pere has spent most of his career working for family businesses, so he appreciates and share the values of the Terberg Group.
He also enjoys working with many team players from the various countries in which our group has stakeholders and sees the value in the increase in expertise that offers.
Over 35 years ago, after working for some time in his family’s business, Kevin decided to move into the waste disposal industry, that move now includes over 20 years at Dennis Eagle Ltd.
Kevin is very proud of the business and the people working to make the success happen. Under Terberg management, Dennis Eagles are building on their already excellent position and continue to invest and offer innovative products and solutions to their customers.
Hans joined Terberg in 2006, with a background in auditing and Financial control. He was appointed Financial Group Controller for Royal Terberg Group B.V. with a key responsibility to support acquisitions. Hans soon found that particular responsibility taking quite some time, especially in recent years.
In 2016, the Royal Terberg Group completed the merger with Ros Roca Environment leading to the establishment of the Terberg RosRoca Group as the holding company. From the start of that new company Hans has been a member of the Board of Management, as Finance Director of the Group.
Hans recalls when he first applied for a job with Terberg;
"Their no-nonsense approach, entrepreneurial spirit and focus on the long term really appealed to me. I am proud to be part of this team of innovative, hard working people with a drive to keep expanding the business."
The Terberg RosRoca Group finance department, headed up by Hans is based at the offices of Dennis Eagle in Warwick. Immediately following the completion of the merger in 2016 - when the Terberg RosRoca Group had been set up as a holding company - the emphasis was mostly on aligning the reporting mechanisms and the businesses.
These days Hans and his team are is primarily concerned with cash planning, managing the operating capital, corporate financing, compliance and business control and planning.
The team are collectively responsible for the group's operational and functional divisions or major geographical zones.
Since 2016, when Terberg RosRoca Group was formed following the merger between Terberg Environmental B.V. and Ros Roca Environment, we have been steered by CEO Godfried Terberg.
